Dr. Richard Harris

Founding Partner, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Richard E. Harris II is a board certified internal medicine physician and registered pharmacist. Dr. Harris has more than 15 years of practical healthcare experience, including but not limited to his work with Kelsey-Seybold, a large Houston area medical group, Memorial Hermann Hospital System, and his own private practice. He has a passion for holistic wellness and believes it is the future of healthcare.

Founding Partner, Clinical Director

Melinda Schuler is a board certified clinical pharmacist with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She has worked in hospital, retail, and pharmacogenomic sectors. Her career has helped her develop a unique blend of clinical, management, and legal skills. Melinda has a patient-centered focus, and she desires to make wellness a priority in healthcare.

Jay Melone

Founding Partner, Chief Innovation Officer

Jay Melone has been in the technology industry for 20 years, starting as a software engineer at Accenture and eventually leading digital product organizations around New York City. In 2010 he started the company, New Haircut , where he’s worked with organizations such as Prudential, Google, Home Depot, and Rosetta Stone. Through his ground-breaking design thinking programs, he has led companies through many successful innovation initiatives.

Jonathan Baker

Founding Partner, Director of Operations

Jonathan Baker has over 10 years of healthcare management and public relations experience. His career began in managing and marketing for retail and specialty pharmacies. This opportunity led him to branch out and partner with a medical device company as well as a pharmacogenomics lab. The knowledge and experience Jonathan gained in these various healthcare arenas, gave him insight to the importance of being proactive rather than reactive in healthcare. Jonathan believes prioritizing wellness is a key component to healthcare.
